However, users may upload images when adding a review of a place, and these images could depict their children. While we do not explicitly process or target such data, it may become visible to other users as part of the review content. • Analytics and Improvements: We use usage data, location data, and device information to monitor app usage trends and improve functionality. This is based on our legitimate interests to enhance the app experience.

• Marketing and Communications: We use your email address (for newsletters and updates) and optional interests to send marketing emails or updates with your consent.

MiniMap may transfer your data outside the European Union (EU) as our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), operates servers in the United States. To ensure compliance with GDPR, we have implemented safeguards including:

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): These clauses ensure that data transfers meet EU legal standards.
• AWS Compliance: AWS is GDPR-compliant and certified under recognized frameworks for international data transfers.

MiniMap is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If we discover that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

Any content you have shared publicly on MiniMap - such as reviews, places, ratings or comments - will remain visible and accessible to other users. This is because these contributions are valuable to the community and help maintain the integrity of shared information.

However, any such content will be dissociated from your personal information. While your reviews and other contributions will remain on the platform, they will be attributed to an “Anonymous User” or similar label and will no longer be linked to your deleted account.
